Zaterdag 21 augustus gingen tienduizenden mensen de straat op om aandacht te vragen voor de evenementensector. Het standpunt van de demonstranten: Rutte en zijn kabinet draaien de cultuursector eigenhandig de nek om met alle maatregelen. Een reactie vanuit Den Haag bleef echter uit, dus de organisatie laat weten opnieuw de straat op te gaan.
